Refund & Cancellation Policy 💔
We stand behind the quality of our courses and products, offering two distinct refund guarantees:
1. Courses & Recurring Billing (Does Not Include Power Points Packages)
We offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee for all courses and recurring billing services.
- If you’re not satisfied with your course or recurring service purchase for any reason, request a refund within 30 days, and we will refund the full purchase price.
- Please note: This 30-day refund policy does NOT apply to Power Points packages.
- Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days and will be returned via your original payment method.
- Refund requests made after 30 days will not be accepted, even if the course content hasn’t been accessed.
2. Power Points Packages
For Power Points packages, we offer a 14-day cancellation period with a partial refund policy for unused services.
- If no power points have been used, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If some power points have been used, we will refund the unused service value, minus a 15% service fee. This fee covers non-refundable AI usage and third-party processing costs.
- Example: For a $22.99 package, if some points have been used, we will calculate the refund based on the remaining balance, minus the 15% service fee.
