#1. Acknowledge your fear: The first step to conquering anything is to acknowledge it. Admitting that you are fearful is key because it means you’re willing to confront it. Avoid trying to mask or avoid the truth, as the old saying goes the truth will set you “FREE”!

#2. Take Action: Now that you’ve acknowledged your fear, it’s time to take action. Identify what steps you need to take to confront your fear. Break down the process into small bite-size steps. Celebrate each small accomplishment, this will keep you encouraged.

#3. Practice self-care: Overcoming fear can be emotionally and mentally exhausting. A few ways to overcome fear are to practice exercise, meditation, or spending time with loved ones.
#4. Seek support: Don’t go at it alone that is don’t try to face your fears by yourself. Believe it or not, you are not the only person who suffers from fear and anxiety. Asking for support from friends, family, or a therapist can be ideas. Just having someone to talk to can make a huge difference.
Believe in yourself: Lastly, it’s important to have faith in yourself. It’s okay to have skepticism, but don’t let that hold you back. Just know that you can conquer your fear and win the battle.
